Emily Gardner is the Operations Manager at Enhancing Intimacy. She is available by phone and email to answer any questions and help with scheduling needs. Emily is also a Recreational Therapist, helping people to improve their lives using leisure and recreation interventions.

 

Attending Texas State University, Emily received a Master of Science in Therapeutic Recreation and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance. Upon graduation, Emily entered the mental health field, providing acute care therapy groups using expressive arts, wellness education, and movement practices.

Emily is certified by the National Council for Therapeutic Recreation Certification as a Recreational Therapist (CTRS). She has studied extensively in creative expression utilizing the arts; earning certifications in the DanceAbility method of all-abilities dance instruction, PeaceLove CREATORS creative arts programming, and My Vinyasa Practice 200-hour yoga teacher training. 

 

Emily specializes in the use of dance, art, yoga, and other creative modalities to encourage expression and self-exploration.
